Look closely at the logo and you will see two small blue circles containing the letters E and S.
HOP + E + IN + S = HOPEINS
Those letters complete the hidden word behind the name and connect every wash to a message of hope, compassion, perseverance, and service.

At Children’s National Medical Center, there is a healing garden where children and families can step away for a few moments to breathe, reflect, and simply be together.
During a weekend visit, David Wilson III stopped at a bracelet-making station outside the garden and decided to make a bracelet for Carson.
When he finished, the letters that remained were:
